The dishes you provided for my party received rave reviews. The chicken in tarragon cream and spinach salad were particular favorites. I appreciate the job you did for us and the attention and professionalism given to me from the time we started working on this.

I want to THANK YOU for our WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS DINNER!! Everyone loved the meal. The boys ate everything and we have been dining on the leftovers as well. We took the Caesar Salad to my Aunt's festivities on Christmas Day. She had a large crowd and it complimented her meal quite nicely. It was the hit of the party. I was told from now on, no matter what I cook, I must have that caesar salad. Everyone kept raving about it.

Thank you for making our Christmas a little more stress-free. It was a pleasure working with you. The food was fabulous. I wish you had been around for our 1st Communions the last few years. Not to worry, I know we will have many more family functions.

The Catering Gourmets were the perfect caterer for our recent lakeside wedding. We wanted the food to be the "entertainment" for the reception, and it certainly was! They cooked wontons, and crab cakes onsite and tossed a beautiful spinach salad. They served many other appetizers, including three types of meatballs and stuffed mushrooms, and our guests loved them all. Their staff was friendly and extremely courteous to our guests. We will use their services again!

I ordered The Catering Gourmets Elegant Vegetable Crudite for my daughter's wedding shower. Their presentation of blanched asparagus, sugar snap peas, carrots with their frilly green tops, and green beans was unique and eye catching, along with sweet grape tomatoes and rose cut radishes. Their creamy green olive dip was fabulous.
My daughter's shower was a very important family event, and The Catering Gourmets made sure their part in it was perfect.

The Catering Gourmets catered our Easter Dinner on March 23 for a group of 25 people. They prepared fried chicken, Italian Beef with roasted sweet peppers, baked mastic and a large romaine salad. They did a wonderful job setting up the buffet, and the food was delicious. Our guests raved about it, went back for seconds, and took home leftovers.
